Mindful Motherhood
All expectant and new moms are a little more anxious than usual! You have a lot on your mind: taking care of yourself, decisions about work, changes in your relationship, breast or bottle, opinions from relatives, not to mention bringing a new life into the world! Mindfulness oriented stress reduction techniques are evidence-based and proven to help build resiliency, create balance, and foster deeper connections with your baby. We can’t take away life’s stressors, but you can learn how to respond to them with compassion and grace. I am trained to teach Mindful Motherhood, a meditation and yoga based program for pregnant women and new moms. Join me to learn ways you can be more present for your baby and yourself.
